[YouTube Viral Video Empire] Journey to 30k/Month with Adsense

First of all, Thank you for this amazing journey that full of great information, you said replying to some members here that when you upload your videos you don't promote them, but in your ebook what you said is different than that, so I'm confused, here is that part

Step #6: PUBLISH & promotion When you finally publish your video, it’s time to share it with everyone you know. If you’re part of the upload and sit and wait until YouTube attracts viewers to your video, you’re gonna get behind in the game. Here is where I distribute my videos: • Facebook groups • Forums • Pinterest • Instagram • Email list

my question is, that when you upload the video, do you share it or promote it somewhere? or you just set it and forget?

Thank you in advance.

1. My ebook is more targetted towards "film" channels where people are actually filming themselves! Because my channels are already up and running now, the only thing i do is post my videos on their own community board post tabs. But yes, pretty much set it and forget it afterwards!

One of the most successful venture over here! Well done!

Thanks so much bud!
Awesome buddy. Nice journey, can you please share your youtube personal link if you can share

PM me!
How do you build and organize your team, and what medium do you meet and communicate?

90% of my freelancers come from UpWork and I use notion skype and whatsapp to communicate. I have a very systemized way of doing things!
Another newbie who wants to be spoonfed.

Agreed :)
If you've read my comment, you would know that I found his channel and he is legit. There is no use in really finding it however because he is not reinventing the wheel, just look at any top10 channels on Youtube. And do your research before speaking, you sound like a fool.

Hey again @Ohmnito ! I appreciate you backing me up! I can vouch for myself again that I am indeed 100% legit :) People who think needing to see my channels in order to validate this thread are wasting their time. I'm showing you an actual, legitimate method of doing youtube that doesnt require filming or even your time at all if you outsource it correctly.

Do a simple search on Top10 on YouTube to see what im talking about. It's not hard!

So? Can you share it? I just want to see the videos... that's all

Search on YouTube "Top 10"
Sorr

Sorry for late reply but I live in a developing country where there are hundreds of educated unemployed young population. They are sitting in their home and making $7 per video and $210 per month is enough for them.

And as I myself is a script writer, video editor and VO artist, I know how to manage all of them at once.

Your overhead is fantastic in terms of costs. Definitely make sure you have a way of organizing them. I recommend Notion.
Omg, can you be more annoying than this? No one forces you to do anything as no one forces weng to share his channel.

Thanks @RoyalCobra777 !

Good luck on your journey! It looks like you have been making great progress. Hopefully this upcoming month you beat your record of 18k! Btw, is that profit or gross? Do you mind sharing your numbers for the past two months for spend, gross net, and profit? I wish you success as you continue to move forward with your journey, keep it up!

Sure I can do this in the update now! Because the "spend" really ranges due to me using a "trio" of team members (script, voiceover, video edit), I average that my net take home is 90% of what im reporting here after overhead costs.

UPDATE TIME: SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER 2020

WHAT'S GOOD EVERYONE? Sorry I've been gone for so long. It's Q4 so im literally pumping out as many videos as I can while working on my other projects as well! This update is going to cover September and October.

The Goals:
[x] Monetization enabled// Goal achieved by partnering with an individual.
[x] $100 per month // Goal achieved 2/15/20
[x] $1,000 per month// Goal achieved 2/23/20
[x] $10,000 per month// GOAL ACHIEVED!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! 8/1/20
[] $30,000 per month
[/] Cover my parents' rent. Covering 1/2 for now which is a start:)
[x] Buy my brother a new iPad. GOAL ACHIEVED. Bought this for him on his birthday on 11/5/20. His reaction was definitely worth!

As you can see, the last remaining goal is to break $30k in a single month from YouTube. I'm really cuttin it close!

Channel 1 (niche= WatchMojo);
September Earnings= $12,970

Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.07.47 AM.png

October Earnings= $14,584
Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.08.49 AM.png

  • I'm working on branding this channel to withstands the tests of time. As you can see, no video went "viral" at all the past 2 months; it's a combination from all my videos combined which in reality is actually SUPER cool. This means that I don't have to "rely" on viral videos as my channel is getting a consistent amount of views per day.
Channel 2 (niche= Sports);
September Earnings= $3,280
Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.11.27 AM.png

October Earnings= $1,060
Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.11.48 AM.png

  • Definitely a slow month in October but the main thing is that this channel is paying for itself plus more. Because this channel pays for itself, i essentially have an unlimited amount of capital to keep posting videos until one goes viral or all of them accumulated start to bring up more profit per day.
Channel 3 (niche= Celebrities);
September Earnings= $980
Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.13.52 AM.png

October Earnings= $900
Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.14.42 AM.png

  • Again, another channel paying for itself, so i can't complain! This gives me unlimited overhead to keep producing videos and building an arsenal of digital video assets:)

Channel 4 (niche= tech)
  • Delayed in launching. My supplier for monetized channels is still creating it:)

Channel 5 (niche= technology/ movies/ anime)
  • 16 videos posted; no traction yet.

Channel 6 (niche= animated stories)

September Earnings= $0
October Earnings= $3,610

Screen Shot 2020-11-21 at 10.17.41 AM.png
  • It was very cool to finally see this channel get picked up and now it's making anywhere from $30-$70/ day. These types of videos actually only cost me $40 to produce and I'm barely posting as well! For this channel im posting 2-3 times a week

Channel 7 (niche= anime)
  • Delayed in launching. My supplier for monetized channels is still creating it:)

Total Revenue for September 2020: ~$17,100
Total Revenue for October 2020: ~$20,140

Ideally by this time again next year, I hope to have systems in place in which im posting 30 videos every day which gives me 30 chances to go viral every day:) Systems are so important in my model of YouTube. Right now my team is of about 40 people and I'm only hiring more and more. I may actually even hire project managers to help me with the uploads which is something I've never done before!

If you have any questions, comment below!

great job, very inspiring! I am currently doing something similar - monetizing websites with adsense. the mechanism behind it is very similar to yours. After I'm done working on my websites, I am planning on trying out youtube :) hopefully by May next year I'll start looking into buying a monetized channel. thank you for the inspiration :)

Do you have any recommendation on social media panel to get the subs and watch hours requirement?

Bro what type of animation video cost you $40? And where did you find such animator?

My apologies! This channel is BASED off animated stories; however, what' I'm doing is using non-animated visuals to depict the story.

Glad I'm inspiring you! Would love to reverse roles next year hopefully in which we can both be on YouTube and have our own websites!haha

Yes sure do! I can connect you with them via skype!

Hi Weng,

I am a new user of this forum. I would like to say that you are very inspiring and I hope to do something like what you are doing, very soon. I am trying to find a way to PM you but I can't figure how to do so. How do I go about contacting you privately?

Hey guys, happy to say that I'm going to be starting my first journey thread for my own motivation. Thanks for reading!

A little about what's shaped me:
- 2016, I was a college student who got accepted into Med school- I thought med school was my only route in life.
- 2017, father was terminally diagnosed and I was completely devasted. My 1st piece of advice to you guys is to don't wait upon something bad to happen to truly embrace life. Love your family. Love your friends. Especially love yourself.
- 2018, had my first hospital work experience. Words that I will never forget/nor accept "I spend more time working here at the hospital more than I do with my own kids." I hated leaving to go to the hospital and arriving home from the hospital everyday. I would miss countless opportunities to spend time with my pops while he was severely fatigued from his condition.
- 2019 January, I was introduced by a friend to his YouTube empire through viral videos. He showed me the ropes, how to work YouTube, and how to successfully do well on YouTube. He joint ventured with me on a channel that's now making $3,000 a month. His primary channel is generating about 40k-50k per month. This really opened my eyes to the world of YouTube because not only was making videos something that I loved, I have a clear and thorough mind about how to go about doing so. Sadly, 50+hours a week were still dedicated to school.
- 2019 April, passed my board exam and became licensed.
- 2019 August, graduated med school at 25 y.o. (yes, in the US you actually can take your boards before you graduate)
- 2019 September/October, family trip to the motherland for my pops :)
----------------------------
The Goals:
[] Monetization enabled
[] $100/month
[] $1,000/month
[] $10,000/month
[] $30,000/month
[] Cover my parents' rent
[] Buy my brother a new iPad

The Plan:
The plan is to upload 1 video every day to one channel. Focus on one channel before focusing on others.
So a lot of what I'll be doing was taught from my mentor friend which I hope will be of some use to you guys too. For YouTube these are the main components:
1) Research- done by me
2) Scriptwriting- done by me
3) Voiceover- done by Chris at $5/ 1,000 words
4) Video creation- done by Kim at $3 a video
5) Uploading- done be Kim included
6) Thumbnail- done by Hmail at $3 a thumbnail
7) Optimization- done by me

The Overhead:
30 videos/ month= $480/ month
vidIQ= $10/ month
Total cost: $490/month

The Channel Statistics:
Channel was created June 11, 2019
- 10 videos
- 2 subscribers
- 90 views total
- 4.1 hours watch time
- 1 video uploaded today

Now here's my problem...
I'm not so familiar with how to get a channel monetized is all. so I'm having a hard time finding ways to promote my channel. I also do not have any social media accounts with big followings so I can promote the videos. The only thing I have been doing is commenting on other people's videos related to the niche.

Any good ways for me to grow my YouTube channel organically to monetization status would be greatly appreciated because once I hit that status, I feel like my expertise will finally shine.

Any input will be appreciated:) stay tuned for updates!
Use SMM Panel And get your Channel Monetized, dot this in the first Place.
Then start your Journey

Yes sure do! I can connect you with them via skype!
Can you give me the details of your monotized youtube channel supplier?

Hi again Weng,

One more question, is there anything to do for fresh and new channels.
For example i made 10 video like watchmojo, what do i need to do for marketing them ? or just upload and wait ?

Thanks

Is this method working for a story channel?

Yes it is! So just to clarify. Im basing my videos off animated stories; however, my videos themselves are not animated. So sorry for the confusion!

Thanks so much for your kind words!

I ll reach out to you. Are you sure it's something that can't be shared with everyone else though?

I have A LOT of things you can do for fresh new channels:
1) Market via niche related forums, facebook groups, instagram posts, email list, community board posts, etc.
2) Playlist in the correct order
3) add the new video to end screens of already popular videos

Or you can just sit and wait as well if you dont have the time!

Watching your videos on your personal YouTube Channel :p

Thanks bud!

What's the channel name?

I'll PM you the link!

Hey Weng,

Can you PM me the link to your channel please

Amazing topic!

When you shoot copyrighted videos (movies, music videos, documentaries) do you place the source at the bottom left of the video?

I see many channels doing this and I am not sure if it is necessary or not.

I don't know if you will feel it comfortable or not but I want you to ask about your animation channel? I am interested in this niche. I have tried a lot in this niche but did not get success.
Will you mind if you can help me in this?
