First of all, Thank you for this amazing journey that full of great information, you said replying to some members here that when you upload your videos you don't promote them, but in your ebook what you said is different than that, so I'm confused, here is that part
Step #6: PUBLISH & promotion When you finally publish your video, it’s time to share it with everyone you know. If you’re part of the upload and sit and wait until YouTube attracts viewers to your video, you’re gonna get behind in the game. Here is where I distribute my videos: • Facebook groups • Forums • Pinterest • Instagram • Email list
my question is, that when you upload the video, do you share it or promote it somewhere? or you just set it and forget?
Thank you in advance.
1. My ebook is more targetted towards "film" channels where people are actually filming themselves! Because my channels are already up and running now, the only thing i do is post my videos on their own community board post tabs. But yes, pretty much set it and forget it afterwards!
One of the most successful venture over here! Well done!
Thanks so much bud!
Awesome buddy. Nice journey, can you please share your youtube personal link if you can share
PM me!
How do you build and organize your team, and what medium do you meet and communicate?
90% of my freelancers come from UpWork and I use notion skype and whatsapp to communicate. I have a very systemized way of doing things!
Another newbie who wants to be spoonfed.
Agreed
If you've read my comment, you would know that I found his channel and he is legit. There is no use in really finding it however because he is not reinventing the wheel, just look at any top10 channels on Youtube. And do your research before speaking, you sound like a fool.
Hey again @Ohmnito ! I appreciate you backing me up! I can vouch for myself again that I am indeed 100% legit
Do a simple search on Top10 on YouTube to see what im talking about. It's not hard!
So? Can you share it? I just want to see the videos... that's all
Search on YouTube "Top 10"

Sorry for late reply but I live in a developing country where there are hundreds of educated unemployed young population. They are sitting in their home and making $7 per video and $210 per month is enough for them.
And as I myself is a script writer, video editor and VO artist, I know how to manage all of them at once.
Your overhead is fantastic in terms of costs. Definitely make sure you have a way of organizing them. I recommend Notion.
Omg, can you be more annoying than this? No one forces you to do anything as no one forces weng to share his channel.
Thanks @RoyalCobra777 !
Good luck on your journey! It looks like you have been making great progress. Hopefully this upcoming month you beat your record of 18k! Btw, is that profit or gross? Do you mind sharing your numbers for the past two months for spend, gross net, and profit? I wish you success as you continue to move forward with your journey, keep it up!
Sure I can do this in the update now! Because the "spend" really ranges due to me using a "trio" of team members (script, voiceover, video edit), I average that my net take home is 90% of what im reporting here after overhead costs.
UPDATE TIME: SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER 2020
WHAT'S GOOD EVERYONE? Sorry I've been gone for so long. It's Q4 so im literally pumping out as many videos as I can while working on my other projects as well! This update is going to cover September and October.
The Goals:
[x] Monetization enabled// Goal achieved by partnering with an individual.
[x] $100 per month // Goal achieved 2/15/20
[x] $1,000 per month// Goal achieved 2/23/20
[x] $10,000 per month// GOAL ACHIEVED!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! 8/1/20
[] $30,000 per month
[/] Cover my parents' rent. Covering 1/2 for now which is a start
[x] Buy my brother a new iPad. GOAL ACHIEVED. Bought this for him on his birthday on 11/5/20. His reaction was definitely worth!
As you can see, the last remaining goal is to break $30k in a single month from YouTube. I'm really cuttin it close!
Channel 1 (niche= WatchMojo);
September Earnings= $12,970

October Earnings= $14,584

- I'm working on branding this channel to withstands the tests of time. As you can see, no video went "viral" at all the past 2 months; it's a combination from all my videos combined which in reality is actually SUPER cool. This means that I don't have to "rely" on viral videos as my channel is getting a consistent amount of views per day.
September Earnings= $3,280

October Earnings= $1,060

- Definitely a slow month in October but the main thing is that this channel is paying for itself plus more. Because this channel pays for itself, i essentially have an unlimited amount of capital to keep posting videos until one goes viral or all of them accumulated start to bring up more profit per day.
September Earnings= $980

October Earnings= $900

- Again, another channel paying for itself, so i can't complain! This gives me unlimited overhead to keep producing videos and building an arsenal of digital video assets
Channel 4 (niche= tech)
- Delayed in launching. My supplier for monetized channels is still creating it
Channel 5 (niche= technology/ movies/ anime)
- 16 videos posted; no traction yet.
Channel 6 (niche= animated stories)
September Earnings= $0
October Earnings= $3,610

- It was very cool to finally see this channel get picked up and now it's making anywhere from $30-$70/ day. These types of videos actually only cost me $40 to produce and I'm barely posting as well! For this channel im posting 2-3 times a week
Channel 7 (niche= anime)
- Delayed in launching. My supplier for monetized channels is still creating it
Total Revenue for September 2020: ~$17,100
Total Revenue for October 2020: ~$20,140
Ideally by this time again next year, I hope to have systems in place in which im posting 30 videos every day which gives me 30 chances to go viral every day
