How do you guys find expired web2.0?

I have heard about the Google trick, but do you guys really rely on it? I am currently in the process of developing an expired web2.0 scraper and I need some suggestions on how to actually make it stable and reliable.

Is Google the only source of finding an expired web2.0 like tumblr, blogspot or is there something more? Let me know the footprints as well.

Of-course, I will be releasing this script for free.

I am just trying to make a free alternative, the most basic way would be to scrape through keywords + search engines but I am pretty sure there are several other ways

It is not problem to scrape and find them. That is easy part.

It is more of a problem where are you able to re-register them since some platforms do not allow that.

dude..i got 55 expired blogspots today and none is available to re-register. game over I guess.

Yeah like others mentioned above, I got even 500+ unique web 2.0, tried to put content and backlinks on it, after few days got indexed they remove and accounts got suspended.

I used to do this with domainlord that was available in marketplace. Eventually as others pointed out sometimes it isn't available to register & sometimes it gets removed.
Since last year I picked up a list of those web 2.0 that stay live and get indexed and have created few web2.0 pbn's.
My personal opinion is instead of going for expired ones you can create new properties and maintain them with regular content updates. Also doing a proper gsa blast to these properties increases their seo metrics. It hardly takes 1_2 months & you have a network of web2.0's with lots of content & good seo metrics. Works well for low comp keywords.

Nice method @MKSKS. So I guess that means all those 2.0 sellers out there are pushing a shoddy bag of goods.

At any rate, bookmarked & will incorporate this method into my growing bag o' tricks.

Not exactly everyone is doing wrong, there are many sellers that provide quality, but people are often looking for cheap service. Quality won't come cheap, both time & effort is invested for that.

You will have to do your own research. I have used few services from marketplace in past that made me learn these things & gradually became a marketplace seller myself.

I can appreciate that. I'm not scraping the bottom of the barrel - hell, I'd be over at fiverr if that was the case. But I don't wanna get burned either. Interestingly, I've been compiling a spreadsheet on "sellers" of all things folks in the game would need. Feel like it'd be a handy reference tool.

Lots of decent content not just articles, but images/infographics, videos etc.

Interlinking content on the property itself.

Don't spam too many links on each article/post. I use max 2 links/post.

Don't link every post to your/client website.

Build non spammy backlinks (social, blog comments, wiki, forum, edu etc...)

Give some time to index they will index most of the times. Use indexer only with dripfeed option.

Regarding proxies I don't use them. Multiple 4g sims with ip change + firefox profiles for each network.
