What Niche Do You Think Will Earn More?

Sports niche for sure.
Noted!
It all depend on what monetization way you can Think off. Example most will think gaming peripheral have more monetization, but if you have friend or family owning billyard place etc, than you can negotiate to earn commission with promoting their place. Than It can earn you more money.
I am going for Ezoic. Do you think animal niche would work? PS: I will tackle the whole animal kingdom so that I won't losing any topics
Go with the ones where competition is less and CPC is better, do an in-depth research of both niches/sub-niches and get going
Noted! I am going for whole animal kingdom what do you think?
Your first option seems very interesting to me, and I believe there is less competition.
Less competition but do you think there will be also less visitors?
Marijuana niche would be banging yo. Good choice
Ain't legal mate but thanks for suggesting :)

Pick what you would enjoy the most.

If it is a tie, then I would recommend pet niche. Many angles you can approach it from and Tons of content to be created, and IMHO the easiest to monotize.

I would stay away from a gaming peripheral type review site. Really over saturated niche and unless you are going to do something really special it’s going to be hard to do it well.

The internet doesn’t need another half assed tech review site with product images plucked from google search then slapped together with generic “reviews” of products the writer has never touched.

Pet niche for sure.
5 x bigger than the "baby" niche.

I agree with this post, however I think in the tie between pet and indoor, you should decide based on what you are trying to do.

If you are trying to write blogs on a site and make money through ads, then I believe you would find the process more enjoyable through indoor sports. However, if the objective was sales, then pets would be the easier of the two, with such a large market.

Thanks mate! I have formulated a new set of ideas from your answer. I will decision soon and hopefully my decision will be great!

Yes bigger than the breasts of a grown up girl :) Thanks for the answer brother, highly appreciated!

Just type all the keywords into Google Trends and you'll have your answer. Fairly sure BHW doesn't allow links but peripherals has FAR more interest than say Ping-Pong which has a negative score (I didn't even think that was possible). Just keep in mind Ping-Pong would have far less competition, so if you can carve out a niche market where you're the only player that could be more profitable than going for the larger market. But if you're just going to drop ship random stuff and compete on price, go for the larger market.

When choosing a niche, you should focus on the following THREE characteristics:

1. What you like to work on (not necessary if you are hiring a writer)
2. Where you can compete and win (the market needs to be penetrable)
3. What has enough audience to buy your offers (freebie seekers don't make you money)

I would focus more on #2 and #3.

Passion is overrated. Once you become good at a particular subject—and get paid for the same—you will start to love it sooner or later. It's just like falling in love with a person. Even if you don't like that person, the more time you spend alongside the person, the more you interact with the person, positively or negatively, the higher the chance of you developing strong emotions for him or her. :-)

Now, doing market research can be gruesome, my friend.

I would suggest following the philosophy "inch wide, mile deep" to start with.

I did a research on pets niche and I can say if we are talking dogs/cats its super saturated. Even if we are talking about informational articles.

If you go with more exotic pets or less popular ones - spiders, lizards, horses, pigs, etc. - you definitely will find a lot of low competition questions to target. BUT! Since you plan to monetize with ads, this kind of pets niche has pretty low cpm.

Gaming niche I bet it's going to be saturated too, even though I don't have experience. So you better check yourself. But again, check the cpm as in gaming a lot of teens who don't have money. There is a chance the cpm might be not that high.

My recommendation is indoors sports. You can think of sports that wealthy people are interested in. This means that your cpm is going to be higher.

I think that Pet sites will eventually be a YMYL topic.

Having a veterinarian as a co-author or reference would future-proof your site.

I like the indoor sports idea best.

Niche: game room.

Start with indoor sports and branch out to numerous topics later.

So you think pets is not good for ezoic ads? Thanks for the honest answer btw

So you suggest indoor instead of animals niche?

True brother. I did a topic research and I have conclude that it's easier to find low comp topics on animal niche (I have 50 topics to start with already). In indoor sports I really cant find any useful topics that have low comp (10 topics only) I think animals niche will be good for ads because people are obsessed with facts about pets so they will stay longer on my page. The longer they stay the more money I can make thru ads. But what do you think?

Gaming is always a better option than indoor sports. Can't be much sure about the pet niche, though.

It depends. You have to try to find out what is the CPM for informational pets articles. From what I know the cpm in pets niche is pretty low.
What this means is for example if pets niche cpm is let's say $10, but in sports niche is $40, then you'd need x4 times more traffic to your pets niche to make the same amount of money as in the sports niche.

As to sports niche - I'm not sure where you looked at and what kind of sports you checked, but if you google indoors sports and check each one of them one by one you should find a gazillion low competition keywords to target.

In the end, if you plan to write content yourself, then I'd suggest you to go with a niche you are familiar with in the first place. Second - go with what you enjoy writing about. And of course, keep the money question in mind. Because if you enjoy writing about something that doesn't pay, it will stop being that enjoyable after a while lol

Yes I enjoy writing actually, it became my habit after I started to write continously :). I am willing to write without money for this because I am earning some bucks from my other site so nothing to lose.

I understand brother and thanks for your time for responding that low. So you think that indoor sports would be a great idea if I wanted to monetize with ads? Thanks for the answer, cheers!

If you are on authority jump what you are passionate or you like at. But if you are short term blogger like me with one - two years plan then don't think much just build niche sites with different niches. Least thats what i have been doing..

It really all depends on what you actually want to achieve, but all in all the most effective way to tell what niche you'd want to do would be the niche that brought you here in the first place.
