[Guide] Unclaimed GMB Listings Creation Method

Are you able to change the phone number later or is this a red flag?

Yup yup. And when unclaimed they are easily removed !
So the only difference is that instead of waiting for google to verify the submission from their own sources (i.e company registries etc), instead you are doing a lookup on Gmaps for the exact address that triggers to force GMB to update the submission (but does not make it claimed, simply confirms the submission)? Have I got it right?

Also, anyone know why all are looking for unclaimed businesses lately (for what methods), since such is being much asked lately by many clients of mine delivering only unclaimed massive lists. Just want to understand in what ways (if more than one) they put to use such info.

Thanks

unclaimed GMB location anyone can claim at any moment if they provide verification method for location. usually by mail.

as for massive unclaimed list, dont know interested as well what it the deal?
maybe mass spamming with locations and contact info?

For those wondering what categories you want to create:

This is good for businesses where location doesn't matter. Something like a plumber or a locksmith, where they need to come to your home. They can benefit by having many listings up, or getting referred to from someone in control of those listings.

Can I edit ( change to another category ) once I create with those mentioned categories?

So the title isnt properly used here and the steps arent very clear, But i can confirm this method WILL MAKE YOU RICH whichever part of the country you are.
I have an offline business and I have optimized my GMB in such a way that my business listing will pop on the top wherever you are in my entire state.
and I am living in India. 1.2 billion ppl here btw.
Make a cool 1000$ pm without breaking a sweat as I let a 100$ intern handle my biz.

I can also confirm. I know people who are making many tens of thousands of dollars per month with GMBs. What they do is a lot more complicated than what is revealed in this post, but they create real verified GMB's. It's interesting that there is value in unverified listings as well. I never thought about that.

Yes. But I believe it needs to be slowly migrated using closely related categories. In my experience, it seems as though Google uses a weighting system and fuzzy logic when it comes to trusting a listing. If you can keep things nearly the same as the unclaimed business (or another related business in that location), the listing is more likely to stick.

There are certain categories that you simply can't create though. They're too valuable and have been exploited to the point where it's hard for people to even create legitimate listings with those categories. Attorneys and Rehab centers, for example, will be insta-banned if you try to create them (or switch a category to them).

I tried this! It didn't work. Did this work for anyone? I think this is BS!

Not working. Perhaps patched or only a loophole for certain GEOs

It doesn't always work, and there are a lot of things at play. Your IP, location, Google account's history, browser fingerprint, the info you enter - does everything together make sense in the context of that specific listing? Google's algorithms will come to a determination of what chance this listing has of being legitimate and act accordingly.

That being said, there have been a lot of changes lately, and exploits are getting patched all the time. It could be that OP's method is broken since he wrote this. There are currently at least a few different ways of securing (and even verifying) these listings and the top guys in this game have methods on backup.

You sound defensive of this method. What is your relationship to Array Expert?

I'm not sure what you're implying, but I was under the impression you wanted to make this work and were having trouble. I was trying to help you, but I realize now you were just throwing shade.

In any case, this is a forum for people who are trying to get away with things that the world's largest companies are trying to prevent. If you think that something isn't possible just because you try it once or twice and it doesn't work for you, then no offense, but you're out of your element here. Black hat marketing and hacking in general takes determination and patience. It's very rarely:

1) Read a BHW post
2) Profit

When something isn't working, you can't just throw your hands up and complain. You need to go over your process and try new things. See if others are having the same issue, make tweaks, look for errors, ensure your proxies are high quality, ensure your phone numbers are fresh, try to think about what you would do as a company to prevent abuse, and try to think about what protection measures they can't take, as it would hurt usability too much for their real customers. It's a grind man. "I tried this. Didn't work. BS." - Try to appreciate that someone actually tried to help you after that sour comment.

Now to answer your question directly, my entire relationship to Array Expert is that I'm commenting in his thread. Dunno what else you were expecting.

Hi, not English native speaker here so maybe I am missing the gold part because of it.
What is the « secret » in the method you show? I only see a tutorial about how to register a business in google my business and « falsely » claim its ownership.

Is the gold part here the idea of being the middle man and leading phone calls to a real business owner and getting paid for this?
If yes, how do you get in touch with the real business owner for asking your part of the cake? Phone call? Seems not scalable, I must be missing something

Essentially yes, that's one way to monetize. If you have many listings and you're well connected with buyers, you can set up a system through software like Ringba, where your calls get routed and tracked automatically. It usually boils down to an agreement where you get paid as long as a client is on the phone for X number of minutes, or something verifiable by the system. And sure, you can call businesses directly to see if they are interested in getting extra calls per month. And it is scalable, in the sense that when you're making enough money, you can hire workers to help you create listings in larger volume. Of course, with this comes the inevitable situation where your workers now know the process, and then whoop... guess what... Leo and Mark quit cause they realize they can make more money doing this on their own. So yeah, in another sense, it's not the most scalable thing.

You can scale to the moon by automating your process, but it's not at all trivial. It's difficult to build something out fast enough to capitalize before a method gets patched and half your work is down the drain. And if you're not writing it yourself, then you've arrived at that familiar problem where now someone knows your secret recipe and doesn't have any incentive other than morals to continue working with you. It's tricky.

Yes you got it correct being the middle man of phone call leads can make you money. Away to get ahold of business owners is to call business on google maps or Facebook. Once you start to work with a few providers you will build up a reputation and be referred to other people who want to buy these leads.

In what country did this work for you?
