Since my order did not complete, I was expecting the balance watch time to be added immediately. I thought refill is for orders that drop after they are complete. Waiting for 7 days is unfair because if I placed another order on your panel I will get balance the Watch time before 7 days

Having a lot of trouble with Spotify services especially.

[Order Issues]
- 143 orders in progress since 12th October 2020. Many orders have not delivered a Single Play.
- Several 'Completed' orders were delivered short of expectation but they were refunded.
- However, refunds do not compensate for Several days of Business losses.
- New Orders and Refills are extremely slow with reduced performance.

[Service Issues]
- The Service IDs that do well, are disabled without any notice.
- Notices will be displayed after I raise a ticket, No response on ticket when it resumes unless we follow up.
- Updated service returns with terrible performance. Why would anyone spoil a good Service??
- Few other Music Plays Services do not work.

[Support Issues]
- They had some trouble with my English. I started translating to Arabic. Did not make much difference.
- Ticket response has no real commitment or timelines. Responses appear like COPY-PASTED text.
- I don't understand using this ): in your response to issues. Why would you smile at a customer who is facing problems?
- I was told on WhatsApp that my account will be upgraded to VIP. Weeks/maybe months later, It still remains NEW ACCOUNT.
- I don't know if VIP support also takes 24 hours for a response but I think the Support team still considers my account as NEW.
