I've been buying backlinks from fiverr and even though they've gotten a few of my keywords to page 1, the backlinks are all low DA and relatively spammy links so I'm looking for a higher quality service that gets results. Any recommendations based on personal experience of the best SEO/backlink service thats within a $2k budget?

You have a decent budget, check out @MisterF’s service.
That was actually one of the services I was considering and the links seem to be high quality, however I was hesitant because there haven't been any actual reviews of a customer's keywords moving up or their traffic increasing. Thanks for your recommendation though, will look into it

sent me your service list when i need i will buy from you. i like your budget price, so i want to collect your service page.

It’s always best to check in marketplace. And wait for Black Friday because you’ll get kick ass seo deals out here so keep searching speak with the seller and buy it on black friday

Fiverr is not the best place.
Also BH Marketplace have many sellers who who resell or have own PBN with high DA,DR and etc...but these days all of these SEO metrics can be manipulated.
Will be interesting to know what keywords you try to rank on page 1...

Also heard a lot about MisterF service, didn`t have an opportunity to check it (have very low budget) but hope that will check it soon.
I am also doing research of services for small budget. Found 1 seo store on bhw here, will check them for web 2.0, pdf, social and profile links.
Think that you will find good services here on bhw :)

Thanks for the advice, will def take them all into consideration

with your budget, you could easily buy PBN links + web 2.0 links + forum posts + blog comments + image comments and some other things. plenty of packages you could opt for at market place. if you would like to save more, you could buy a package + doing backlinks manually yourself. if you would like to save even more, just buy some SEO software or subscriptions and do them yourself. $2000 is a decent budget but that depends on your niche, for a very competitive niche $2000 is not significant.

There is an article of medium by a BHW user @WebMinati that talks and ranks @MisterF as the best service.

do you have any specific packages that you've tried and recommend? I tried sarkar's services on here but they produced subpar results

Is itf for local SEO?

no not local

I tried "Parker" , I did the one time package together with monthly subscription. The monthly boost was good, but the downside is it only occurs once a month! Means they only work on my website once a month, supply a group of backlinks and that's it. It's too slow for my liking, rather buy or subscript to some softwares and do them myself on a daily basis. My advice is invest time and do it yourself, saves money and most of the things you could pick up on this forum. If you don't mind waiting and it's not a competitive niche(no one using PBN and such) then you could try his monthly subscription. If you would to see results faster and it's competitive, do it yourself.

Remember all SEO services are the same, you are not their one and only clients. Expect that they have multiple clients and they work on each one according to their timetable. No one has the utmost interest for ranking your website as much as you.

Complete agree with what you've said. But, what do recommend for people who have no time? I have similar budget but I rather work on content and let someone else do SEO.

BHW is known in IM for having pool of specialised service providers. You will find sellers with niche services and in different price ranges. You have a decent budget and should be able to get hands on quite a few services. Due diligence is expected from you, or at least read each and every review

Buying backlinks is a not good idea, PBNs and other link building technique are not old. Every year in the month of Nov and Dec, Google shuffles it's search algorithms many times, so you might be hit due to purchasing spam links.
You need to focus on on-page optimization rather than create backlinks. Why not work on page speed, internal linking structure and produce quality content for your official blog.

just be careful if you buy PBN links that its really a PBN made privately only for you. there are also lots of sellers who sell fake PBN links, that means they share their sites with many other customers, so you end up getting links from a link farm and not a PBN. google hates link farms and when they get deindexed your site could get deindexed too.
