I'm from outside the US and interested in registering for LLC at either Delaware or Wyoming, and also obtain an EIN alongside it. Any cost-effective services you guys can suggest? I have seen Atlas, Northwest, and Jumpstart... any more that has probably cheaper annual plans or better packages? Thanks!
I need something that will register the LLC, provide registered agent, and obtain EIN. I have been checking different providers and the pricing ranges from 400+ to 800+. I am looking for cheaper suggestions that actually work and not actually provide problems in the long run just because it is cheap.
That's definitely on the higher end. There are a lot of well-reviewed services that are way below that with annual fees (not incl. the LLC yearly fees for the chosen state) only being the registered agent and the mailing service they provide for your LLC docs.
I might not have exhausted my options so looking for anyone who has tried anything that's cheaper than what I have shortlisted.

Yes, I truly understand that which is why I am looking for suggestions from those who have tried "relatively cheaper" services but are definitely legit and problem-free. A "2000-3000€ and 1200€ in a year" service is definitely overpriced when there are reputable service providers that charge way less than that. I'm just actually trying to save as much $$ as I could without compromising for quality.

There are several well-reviewed services already who offer LLC, Agent, EIN under $500. However, getting a physical bank account is a complicated part as you directly need to visit USA to open a new one. So some of the sellers offer online banking like Mercury within their package.

Delaware way too expensive, I'd kindly suggest to look for another state with less costs and cheaper registered agent fees. Maybe try Arizona. If you want to save the money you can do everything yourself, you don't need any assistance actually it's not that difficult. Being non resident obtaining EIN also better to be done yourself, it is 100% legal just bit tricky. Bear in mind that getting real US bank account is not possible without visiting US and do it in person, don't believe anybody who will tell you they can do it, it's simple illegal. You can still use US virtual bank accounts though or hire local director who would be able to set it up for you but that's costly.

Or you could hire a manager just for opening your bank account and swap him afterwards. This would still cost a few hundred bucks, I guess.

Actually that's not entirely true, some banks allow you to schedule a zoom/Skype call to settle all the paperwork.
