Good that it isn't limited to URL's. But selecting non-English targeting (example: NL keywords + NL traffic only geo targeting) in your campaign, won't this flag the account or something?

A couple of my previous clients did created non-english campaigns successfully using these threshold accounts, it does work but you have follow a few safety steps. Add me on skype so we can discuss this further.

Question: i have read that the threshold should be paid after being spent.
So why people advertise it like it's 600$ for 60$?
unless you plan to don't pay your bills later

these threshold account look like a good way to have the advertising expenses fronted by google
so it's like a small loan

am i missing something here,
