There are certain issues surrounding 2020, some I have found trademarked (More then once) Others not. If anyone has legal knowledge, are there rules surrounding these BLM terms, that mean they are ineligible?
the ones that come to mind are,
BLM
Black Lives Matter
9:46(the length of time the cop knelt on Floyd's neck)
and
#resist

I am not trying to glorify the issue, but this is very topical. Putting these terms on merch can be done respectfully, so if anyone knows if you can put it on merch, and not face prosecution for those terms or is this an area to avoid.

It would not be a criminal act.... just a civil issue but even then I doubt it would be much of a problem.
