Where to hire offline freelancers?

Hello!

Don`t know if this is the right place to post this, but don`t think Hire a Freelancer would be more suitable as I don`t plan on hiring from here directly..

I had an idea of making money, but the thing is it includes shipping physical products. Everything is located in the USA and as I am from Europe, if I do it myself, all the profit would go on shipping and customs.

I basically need to forward packages, but I need them repacked. I didn`t find any company doing that so my best bet is probably to find somebody who can do this, but don`t know where...

I had the thought of craigslist, but as I am in the other side of the world, it would probably be hard to make sure he does what we have agreed ti and be safe that he doesn`t run away with my stuff.

It wouldn`t be full time, as I can`t get so much supply right now, so I need a offline freelancer if that is a thing(maybe there is a better term that I don`t know, as I am not native English speaker.)
Is there a site or something for things like this or maybe someone can recommend a way to do this safely?

As I said, I need the shippments to be repackaged and shipped further in USA, and the forwarding companies doesn`t seem to offer that. So probably my best bet is to find an individual that I can pay an he can do that for me, but can`t find a website where you can find people who can do offline tasks for you.

Your best bet is to start building connections with US residents through forums and social media platforms until you've developed a close relationship with at least one person you can trust.

Or try Tinder Plus/Gold LOL. If you can find a girl that likes you, she might be willing to help you .
