Hey guys, I want to access one website where one specific IP address is whitelisted. The site is in maintenance mode but I know the whitelisted IP address. I want to change my IP to that specific whitelisted IP so I can access the website... Is it possible to do that?

Possible if your ISP is the provider of that IP address and they are ready to allot you the same, IMO this will not happen except if you have to access to that internet connection which holds that IP

Yes, without the co-operation of the owner of that IP address (ie the ISP), it's not possible to make a web request as that address.

Your out of luck friend. Maybe easier to access the site in another way

I agree.. no way that I can think of either around this.

Sorry buddy, that looks like a tough nut to crack. Hope you find a solution by working with your ISP.

i think its far fetched that the ISP would help with that actually. Why do you need to see a preview of the page, if i may ask

So what let him spoof.
Scroll up to see how.

Thanks! I will try it. I need to preview one page it is a coming soon page but is whitelisted for only one IP. I know the IP.

You can try it by lots of system such as Connect to a VPN to change your IP address or use a proxy to change your IP address or ask your ISP to change your IP address.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, this isn't possible - even if you spoof your IP address. The internet works like the postal service. You can send someone a letter and put any return address you want on there, but if you don't put your own address, then how can they send you anything back? In this case, you're requesting the contents of that web page. If you put a fake IP address in your request, then the webpage won't be delivered back to your browser for viewing.
