Proof the other party has been informed of this shit list:
@yuuzokun

Summary of Dispute:
On 8/6/2020, I ordered a dropshipping store from yuuzokun. On 9/7/2020, I requested a refund on the basis of:
1. The site not being delivered within the time frame promised by the seller.
2. The site so far having several functionality missing or not working, or the site otherwise being incomplete at the time of the project being suspended.
This is the thread from which I gathered information about their service offering: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/premium-shopify-woocommerce-dropshipping-pod-profitable-stores-superior-designs-quality.1153133/
Working with yuuzokun has been nothing short of a constant headache brought forth by constant excuses and delays. Ultimately, the seller was not able to deliver what they promised within the time frame specified, and I want a refund.
Yuuzokun's money back policy:
In terms of the actual points of what was left out at the time I decided that yuuzokun should stop working on the project, I will detail that in the "Evidence of the Issue" section of this report.
Evidence of the Issue:
1. Payment and order placement evidence.

2. Blog is not setup. Several blog posts have been added, but the blog is not accessible by the end user. See header and footer navigation below.

3. Shop categories are inaccurate and do not fit the niche (health supplments). See screenshot below.
4. Stripe and PayPal are missing from the checkout process. The checkout process is actually not working at this point either. There isn't even the option to enter payment details. Included evidence of requirement of PayPal and Stripe requirements. See screenshots of Woocommerce configuration page, WP plugins page, and checkout page.

5. About Us page is not complete. See evidence of requirement in requirements.png, which states "Professionally written "about us page" ". Also see screenshot of About Us page at the time of suspension of the project at the link below. You can see that it doesn't even have the right navigation at this point of time.
Screenshot of requirements (included again for ease of access):
6. Recent Sales Popup is not included. See screenshots of this requirement and the WP plugins page.

7. Order Tracking not complete, uses template logo and template navigation area. See screenshot below.
8. FAQs totally missing. See link below.
9. Account dashboard, Orders made, Shipping addresses, Comparator footer links not working. See code from home.zip to verify. You can see that the footer links point to "/#" which is not valid.

10. There are many other requirements that we simply did not get to due to the project taking so long. These include requirements such as:
- Facebook & Twitter pages
- Upsell funnel
- Social proof
- Facebook Ad account creation
- GA creation & integration
- pixel creation & integration
The above claims may be verified through the files and screenshots included. I would also be happy to provide moderators with direct access to the site's backend should they want to verify this aspect of what has been claimed above, if the seller has not already disabled access to the site. What you hope to gain from this shit list:
I want a total refund, of $399, in accordance with the seller's "100% Money Back Guarantee". I simply want what is fair and what I was led to believe and expect in engaging the seller. I purchased this seller's offer based on what was stated in their BHW forum post (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/premium-shopify-woocommerce-dropshipping-pod-profitable-stores-superior-designs-quality.1153133/), which included a clearly stated refund policy. Their refund policy states that if my order lacks functionality specified in my order, or is not completed with TAT specified, my order is refunded. This project has extended significantly outside of the TAT promised by the seller, along with the site missing many key features included in my order. I have been fairly lenient and patient with the seller throughout what certainly I would be justified in being more upset about. I also hope to afford visibility of this problem to rest of the community, so that other members of the community do not face the same issue that I have faced with yuuzokun. I now notice that this is not an uncommon issue in buyers that have engaged yuuzokun, and I admit my failure in adequately vetting the seller's history before making a purchase.
Full timeline of events:
Aug 6
- I purchased dropshipping store with a 10 day TAT for 20 products. We're on day 32 of the project (9/7) as I write this.
- I pay for order with bitcoin. Payment confirmed by seller.
- Requested my email address, which I provided for the seller
- I send images that should be used as inspiration for the logo
Aug 7
- I follow-up, asking for a status update
Aug 9
- Still no logo or domain name even though the seller promised that "Once the payment clears ill go ahead and register the domain name," which was cleared a few days ago at this point.
- Seller communicates that the logo would be delivered by tomorrow (Aug 10)
Aug 10
- Example products list provided to seller
- I ask for update on the logo
- I specify exact copy for an exclusives section, called "Kratos Health Exclusives"
Aug 11
- Seller requests my Skype info, which is promptly provided. I also aggregate some of the requirements based on the feedback that the seller is not able to track requirements.
- Request an update on the logo, which has at this point still not been delivered
Aug 12
- 6 days into the project, seller delivers a logo, and we're still on the draft phase of the logo. The logo is unoriginal and of poor quality. Ultimately, I decide to pay someone else to do the logo part of the project.
- I request an update from the seller at this point to provide an update on the dropshipping suppliers, which at this point the seller has not mentioned at all
Aug 13
- Follow-up on the dropshipping supplier, as there is no response from the seller. Seller communicates that he will provide a major update about the dropshipping supplier on Aug 14
Aug 14
Aug 15
Aug 16
Aug 17
- I request an update, finally seller responds, but still no suppliers at this point, 3 days after he promised to provide this information.
- Seller communicates that "Most of the products can be white labeled (which is another great option since you can just add your logo on it and make it yours)". This ended up not being true.
- Seller requests my Skype ID for a third time, oddly
Aug 18
- 12 days into the project, passed expected TAT, finally provides information about suppliers, originally promised for Aug 14
- I request an update on the site build, which I'm told is installed with the layout, however importantly the seller has not given me a link or any way to review or verify the progress at this point.
- Seller communicates that I should "expect a document from me for all the products I think will match the store mission". This is actually never delivered, as evidenced in our email log and BHW conversation.
Aug 20
- 14 days into the project, ask for another update about the actual site, being more specific that I want to see concrete progress on the site in terms of having the site configured to match my brand and the functionality being added and tested.
Aug 21
- Seller responds, communicating that they will send a screenshot of the homepage on this day, supposedly showing the structure of the site. As evidenced by BHW chat and email logs, no such result is delivered.
- Seller communicates additional suppliers that they have reached out to
- Seller communicates that 15 days into the project, the domain has not even been purchased, contrary to the seller communicating on Aug 9 that the domain would have been purchased "Once the payment clears"
Aug 22
- Seller provides an update, state that supposedly the reason I was not sent a screenshot was because they wanted to upload the entire site, which makes no sense. The seller puts the site behind a maintenance mode that disallows unauthenticated access to the site, and requests my email address (which has already been provided multiple times to) so that they can configure an account to login and finally see the site.
Aug 24
- I provide my email address, yet again
- I notify the seller that I intend to ultimately use another domain name, but keep the same brand. I communicate that this is not something that is needed in the short term. At this point, 18 days into the project, I am really just looking to get the site complete and anything else I can handle on my own.
Aug 25
- I ask for an update about access to view the site. No response.
Aug 26
- 8:17 am US ET: I ask for an update about access to view the site, again. I still don't have access to a WP account to review the site they placed behind an authentication wall. Keep in mind that on Aug 21, the seller communicated that I would see some sort of screenshot of the site configured for my brand.
- 8:47 am US ET: I finally receive an email with login information for the site, but no response from the seller.
Aug 27
- Seller responds finally responds about the account. Seller communicates that "we are finishing this by Monday and we can check about the white label products once its done" (Aug 28 being Monday)
Aug 30
- 24 days into the project, seller communicates via email that "We're finishing everything in the next 72h". This ends up not being true, even to this day (9/7) the site is missing many elements that the seller promised or completed incorrectly.
- Seller also communicates that "30 products that we selected with each having the supplier name next to it". This was also never delivered.
Aug 31
- I state that on Aug 27 that they promised that the site would be totally finished by Aug 28. They communicate that the delay is due to a graphic being created, which does not justify a 5-day delay.
- I ask for a firm, final delivery day, because at this point we're 25 days into the project and there is no end in site
Sep 1
- More excuses, and at this point I am done with the project and after 26 days of what was expected to have a 10 TAT.
Sep 7
- I request a refund. I notify the seller of my intention to create a shitlist thread regarding the seller's issue in delivery.
