I got rejected with adsense as well for scraped content, but I waited about a month or so and now I am approved!
Just luck of the draw I suppose! No biggie! Don't be discouraged and as OP always mentions, PROMOTE your site!
Ads aren't worth anything if nobody sees them.

Maybe it helps to add some additional content pages to the site before applying. To get ideas for content just see the promotion strategy files supplied by patadeperro.

I got a question for all of you that run a blog or have added posts on their job sites. Which settings did you choose to display blog posts? When the site gets delivered all the job listings show on the front page, so there is no "static" front page that could be selected for this theme setup. Does anyone have a suggestion how to best make it work to show the blog posts on /blog while still keeping the job listings on the frontpage?

Glad to hear you're not discouraged! To be honest I was, but got over it shortly.

I got rejected at the end of August. I anxiously tried again 2 weeks later. Rejected again.
(I'm pretty sure I applied again sometime between then and now but I forget)

And then waited Until last week to try again (Mid October) and got accepted in only a few days.
Not to say that this is the reason but I switched google accounts.

Also, I submitted my 2nd Job Board yesterday and it got approved this morning!
FYI: For the 2nd board I did not add anything at all. I didn't change a single thing.

1st board, i added privacy policies, about us, contact us, socials, email subscription

I don't know if having the first one approved helped the second one, but perhaps.

Yes, the site is just like a normal WordPress blog that gets updated every day with new content so the load on the server is not very heavy.

Have you tried buying a GMB listing!? Does it work. Since I am not in the USA and I need purchase a listing. Is it adsense safe

Yes, you can get a GMB listing from someone on BHW or other providers that help you verfiy it. At the moment I would NOT recommend it that you try to create one from outside of the USA by yourself because Google is very very strict now. I have read in some Facebook Groups that they even ban Postcard verified listings in the US if their AI determines that something fishy is going on.

thanks for your valuable suggestion. I managed to add blog page and also add a new menu for contact, privacy, etc. I used elementor plugin and used add widget options. Plus created a menu from "Appearance" section in WP-admin

I received my site today well within the 5 days advertised, the site is pulling jobs and listing them well. The job board is pretty is automated for the backend and SEO part. The only work required is promotion. I stick to only Facebook right now. I am a noob for Reddit.

I am experimenting something with Linkedin which I do not want to reveal right now for obvious reasons

I also get organic traffic every now and then.

I work a different business during the day and this is my side project job board might become my main project soon.

Few of my learnings:

1. Treat it like an HR business
2. Spend 2 hours every day on Facebook promotion
3. Read and understand the market

I tried 100$ bing ads(with a coupon) but the cost per click on an ad is 4 times more than what google pays me(Probably I did not do it right)

But people I am not paid to write this review. It's a gold mine and we need to act fast.

With 2 hours of work every day, this could become the main business for me.

Hint: TREAT IT LIKE HR BUSINESS

What you really need to ask yourself is, Why do you want to add a blog? if you want to add an autoblog to "create content", "give authority" or to "get natural traffic" you really don't need it, you have a website that is getting daily real jobs..... so just think about it.

Answer: Yes you can have the site hosted in a shared package all the heavy lifting is done by us, you just get a small file daily with your jobs that is automatically processed by your Wordpress, everything is done and configured for you.

just want to share this, work on traffic and let google Adsense works for you, don't try any BH method, so far a good week, my site was re-approved and now getting paid.

now let's see how long does it take for Facebook to review my site to get re approved.
