Hello,
i want to build a Website with Expired Domains like moonsy, domcop or expired-domains.net
My question is where i get the newest expired Domains ?
Is there a API or do i have to scrape them ?
Thank you for your help

Assuming OP means expireddomains.net, sadly they do not have an API and will not provide any ETA on release of API. https://www.expireddomains.net/faq/#question17113
If they do not have an API then how are they adding over 80k+ domains per day?

Also Justdropped, Dropcatch don't use API?

All are automated by AI it seems. Not possible for human work to snatch valuable domains in a fraction of a second as soon as they expire. Because lots of people are waiting for such domains to grab such domains.

I think he means they do not provide API to others, but they must have one of course

*whooooooosh*

OP asked about API to use. In my post, I linked ED's API policy in their FAQ, and it plainly states there is no API for users.

No one would give API. Otherwise another person would start a similar business lol

Almost all registrars provide APIs. But then if you want to be competitive you need APIs from MOZ, Ahref and Majestic. Then of course you may want to show the availability of the domains. age, wayback info. :) Also if you are serious about this business feel free to PM me and ill advice you out for anything domain wise - i`d like to see a bit more competition in this space.

you can scrape 80k or even more a day from dropped domain lists of registrars and/or scraping the web.

It depends on how much time you are willing to invest and your needs. If you already have a scraping tool, it's pretty easy to do this yourself. But setting this up can be a pain if you don't already have everything.

Hi @AngelSeo, I want to know more about the expired domain business. How can we connect?

I wanted the same thing today, came across this thread. Awesome conversation. What I found is there is was one good working project writtein in python that used to scrap the site and hence we could have scheduled it tor run every hours.
It is: https://github.com/threatexpress/domainhunter

But now, since last year no much action and I guess it not working. But it was very much possible.

Also I feel - the real reason we dont have it is because I guess there are about 5-20 very big players who do exactly the same thing we want to do - buy good valued (moz da, ahrefs da) domains when they expire. Hence very little data.

It hurts to read things like this. I made the exact solution to this issue years ago and have improved on it since.

The limits to finding expired domains with links from any niche is accessible to all users. You can scrape away to your hearts content, you don't have to have millions to compete.
