Question about VPS

Hi everyone, I have a question. When I create free trial account of Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, why was my account immediately locked?
I have never used their service before, and I use my real credit card... Is there any way I can sign up and use the VPS free trial?

I'm using Firefox and work fine with Digital ocean, Vultr
