If you buy something with nom trustable member you can go with escrow. It will be hold your amount, after work completion you can release fund to your client otherwise it will be return into your wallet
 
It would be surprising if a site with this design was honest...
 
I tried to buy from blackhat members and no one accept escrow, they just want paypal family friends / bitcoin. If you know someone that accept escrow tell me please
