If you want to really make it on youtube (whitehat) you have to think outside the box.
There are a couple key things that make a youtuber successful:

• Really good idea (You won't make it with another gaming channel, or unboxing channel, make money online channel etc. Think how mrBeast created something completely new and doubled down on it. Casey Neistat did the same he created something new that people liked)
• Format (For example mr beast: Short introduction and straight to the point, interesting topic (ussually money lol), good editing, nice personality, and what is very important: clicbaity titles and thumbnails - but they never lie or clickbait)
• Hard work (It took a few years just to achieve a relatively small following)
• Timing (They discovered their magic recipe and rode the uptrend as their content started a new trend. They also had good timing with the populatization of money in social media)
• Reinvestment (At the beginning MrBeast did not pay out any ads revenue for himself, only a little bit now as he is so big. He used to reinvest all of his revenue into videos. All of it. You made a million dollars - now you have to spend a million dollars. Totally crazy but it works in any industry)
• Luck (We can't do anything here - but we can everywhere else)

If you want to achieve success on youtube you really need to reinvent the wheel - don't do the same thing as everyone else.
For inspiration I would recommend watching a few videos on mrbeast success (just search on yt). I also very much recommend watching mrbeast's interview with casey neistat - really interesting insight on how the guy thinks. He is really smart!

I dont understand your first question. Do you mean what options you have for youtube or in general?

As for blackhat, Im sure there are some guys (mostly vietnamese people) that know what to do. My opionion is that public panels dont work anymore. If you dripfeed HQ views, buy likes and comments you just waste a lot of ressources that could have invested in just legit ads. What works for youtube are still private bot networks and stuff like that. The best thing is in any area is to know someone that has insider knowledge. Always remember one thing: nothing good gets shared public. Every method that is gold will only be shared in a strong inner circle of reputed members. Stuff gets public when its dead or not profitable anymore. If you are lucky you get someone to mentor you but only if you are really smart and have input that can be useful. (Whoever reads this dont ask me for mentoring you)
Here are two things that will help anybody a lot.
1. Be creative, find your own methods, bugs, niches, money making methods that dont exist yet or are not public knowledge
2. Build a reputation. Nothing is more important to know guys that know what they are doing. Dont just take, give something and find people that are valuable and you can trust. Once you have a few of these people your circle will get bigger with time.

Ads are pretty different from other platforms because creators don't use them as often. The best strategy would be to promote some of your best content using ads, and see how it goes.
You can also create a youtube ads 'stunt'. I've seen a couple youtubers do that and it gave them a modest boost in following. For example, when someone clicks the video they pop up and say "hi i bought this ad so you can skip it, go ahead and skip it".
I'm sure you must have seen it somewhere. Some youtubers acheive success with getting the viewers curiosity in the first 5 seconds, by doing something interesting/shocking/unusual. And so the viewer does not skip the ad and watches a couple of minutes. Some people might visit your channel after that.
Some youtubers after a stunt do another ad, or just normal video titled "How much I spent on doing this campaign" and people who watched the first ad will be interested. Or show how much your channel grew using it, how much you made etc. People like this stuff.
Or just create a video showing your channel and some clips and publish it as an ad. There is no wrong way of doing yt ads, but it has to be very good content. If it can be improved, improve it!

Like any ads, it just has to be tested. Test and improve the ad, content, thumbnails, etc.
When it comes to organic traffic, once you find what the algorithm likes and do it for a little bit, you can see a really big growth in organic views. Once your videos hit recommended - it's a goldmine.

You need to reinvent the wheel? That's funny. You give examples of people who have tens of millions of subs. You can live a good life with only 100k subs and 1 million views each month. You don't need to be the best. You just need to blend in.

Well, if you want to blend in, be my guest. But that gives you a small chance of success. There is a lot of kids out there making the same videos, stuck on couple hundred views - blending in as you said.
I'm not saying this won't yield any results. If you start a gaming channel and make the same videos as hundreds of people, maybe you gain some traction - but it's very unlikely, especially now.
How will anyone notice you if you keep trying to blend in? You can blend in once you have 100k subs. Then you can do everything you want, upload regularly and net around 2-4k per month. It's a decent living, for sure.

If you want to make it big in 2020 with a new channel - yes you have to reinvent the wheel. Do something that no one else did and do it better.

Idea is key. People want to watch creative and not repetitive videos. Ask yourself what are the selling points of your videos? why would people watch your videos when they can watch somebody else's? You can post 6 videos per week and still no one cares as they are all recycled content. You can have one video per month and that video is so original and creative and you will still success. Of course it's also about luck.

edit: also the term "good content" is subjective. it's not about how good your camera is or how well-edited your videos are. If people want to watch it, then it's good content.

Yeah, people, but still... With all these unemployed people, tons of new pseudo-youtubers appear, diverting the same traffic amongst bigger amount of channels. So even though I have a bot I have to bot 10x fake views to get the same amount of real traffic... Now not only I have to develop views by myself, I also have to find time to actually film and edit, and after I publish I have to spend more time and resources on botting... I'm officially burnt out with doing everything, I need to either switch to views dev only or filming/editing/uploading only, it's too much...

And don't tell me it's untrue, because I see a drop in views on biggest, oldest channels in my niche too... Maybe it depends on keywords, though. But still, internet is overcrowded, there's too much unemployed people, when they'll be back offline our lives will get easier IMO.

I think focusing on Subs, Views and other such metrics is the wrong approach. After all, there are channels out there with 100.000 subs that don't make money at all and then there are channels with only 10k subs that make over 5k a month. Why is that? Because they don't depend on YouTube Monetization at all (because, as you might now, YouTube monetization is the worst).

So if you are already getting 300 views per video, which in my opinion is already a lot of traffic, why not try to sell some product?

Bitchude seems really ugly and glitchy platform. Not polished at all. And normies are not going to join it because its associated with Nazis. It might be a damaging to reputation to join Bitchute.
