How the hell do you make it on Youtube in 2020?

I think focusing on Subs, Views and other such metrics is the wrong approach. After all, there are channels out there with 100.000 subs that don't make money at all and then there are channels with only 10k subs that make over 5k a month. Why is that? Because they don't depend on YouTube Monetization at all (because, as you might now, YouTube monetization is the worst).

So if you are already getting 300 views per video, which in my opinion is already a lot of traffic, why not try to sell some product?
OMG dude, this is one of the best things I read these days. People think they need millions and millions of views to make money and they expect to make it in 1 month. I LOVE what you just said and I totally 10000% agree with you.

Bitchude seems really ugly and glitchy platform. Not polished at all. And normies are not going to join it because its associated with Nazis. It might be a damaging to reputation to join Bitchute.
As before stated, in terms of imperfections it's where YT was 12 years ago. According to Wikipedia, there are only a few hundred neo-Nazis, look it up. Wholesale reputation shaming is silly, as YT itself gets away with its own abuses in large part because it falsely name calls alternative creators. I think it's wiser to let viewers decide who is what, and not trust the would-be gatekeepers at Tech Giant Central. If you set up cross-platform accounts to do video marketing, you will be more immune from weaponized defamation, not less. Your business more able to stand on its own, instead of being subject to excommunication by being falsely "associated" with whatever.

imo it's better to have ten channels making $500 a month than to have one making $5k. the tall poppy gets chopped down.

I feel you! This was literally what I was telling to myself. I hope you find your way mate and of course me too.

Since the competition is increasing people expect something new and unique from us! 2020 is real hard to cope up for sure! but you can do it if you focus on stuffs like using an AdWord campaign etc.!

I dont understand your first question. Do you mean what options you have for youtube or in general?

As for blackhat, Im sure there are some guys (mostly vietnamese people) that know what to do. My opionion is that public panels dont work anymore. If you dripfeed HQ views, buy likes and comments you just waste a lot of ressources that could have invested in just legit ads. What works for youtube are still private bot networks and stuff like that. The best thing is in any area is to know someone that has insider knowledge. Always remember one thing: nothing good gets shared public. Every method that is gold will only be shared in a strong inner circle of reputed members. Stuff gets public when its dead or not profitable anymore. If you are lucky you get someone to mentor you but only if you are really smart and have input that can be useful. (Whoever reads this dont ask me for mentoring you)
Here are two things that will help anybody a lot.
1. Be creative, find your own methods, bugs, niches, money making methods that dont exist yet or are not public knowledge
2. Build a reputation. Nothing is more important to know guys that know what they are doing. Dont just take, give something and find people that are valuable and you can trust. Once you have a few of these people your circle will get bigger with time.
Vietnamese people doing wondera with YouTube Studio

You don't need to upload regularly, you don't need to do keyword research, you don't need to pay for ads. You just need a good idea, making an interesting thumbnail is easy. 99% of people fail there. New channels blow up every day, even gaming related. That's how you make it on youtube, Instagram, or business in general, by having a unique idea.

ill break it down as simple as possbile. you need people to click on your video and then you need those people to watch the whole thing. thats it
