when I have a problem, the problem cripples me and I cannot do anything until the problem is resolved.
I will give you an example. I am just making this up but it's really close to reality
let's say I bought gmail accounts and the guy didn't send it to me and he turned out to be a scammer. or I sent an email to someone and he didn't answer me. I will be really upset and I cannot do anything. I cannot eat. if someone asks me to fix his computer I will give him attitude and say "leave me the fuck alone I dont want to do it"
if someone tells a joke, I will ignore her, hurting her feelings.
if my garbage can is full, I cannot take out the garbage.
if my phone rings, I won't answer it, or I will pick up and press the end button so the call disconnects.
I am completely disabled until this problem is resolved.
then when the problem is resolved, I realize how minor it was and it wasn't a big deal, and I regret overreacting and hurting myself and others over nothing.
why am I like this and how can I stop being like this?
