One page funnel:
Landing Page & Check out page on the same page. Thank you on the second page.

Multiple page funnel:
  1. Landing Page
  2. Check out page
  3. Thank you page

Which one do you prefer and why??

Multiple page funnel, as that's what gurus use (And embeds testimonials in between for optimized conversion)

If your landing page has convinced them to buy then having an extra button to click isn't going to put them off and as @HustleTong points out it gives you a chance to optimize further. There's no real benefit to squeezing everything on a single page.

Sometimes even splitting that landing page up over multiple pages improves the conversion.

Is it effective for conversion?

Okay, thanks!
What is the main thing it must have on the landing page?
Since the product is new there are no testimonials.
