The best niches for adsense ?

The best niche is the one where you can create a lot of content and bring a lot of traffic to it.
The niche has very little effect on what your rates would be. Your site could be in the finance niche or about lawyers, but the user can see ads about cats if he was looking for cats before or his main interests are cats. Do not pick a niche with the idea that it has hight CPC/CPM as it won't have it. Pick that niche that you comfortable with and interested to work on.

There is no "best niche for adsense". Google shows ads based on your users geo and interests.
Any niche that can bring you up to 10k daily pageviews or more majorly from the US can make you good money from AdSense.

Wrong, or at least partially wrong.
Your niche could be Finance but the ads could be about local tomato market. This is not how AdSense or any ads work. Ads that are displayed based on previous browsing history, social media, interests, purchases, search etc. The actual niche of the site doesn’t play a big role, targeting it with hopes to see ad from specific niche (that suppose to have higher rates) will not always be the case.

I have a site in the health niche and it's getting around $20 avg per 1k views. The problem is it's very difficult to get more traffic as the SERPs are filled with high authority sites. I am still trying to do a lot of content on longtails and gaining traffic slowly.
