Your niche could be Finance but the ads could be about local tomato market. This is not how AdSense or any ads work. Ads that are displayed based on previous browsing history, social media, interests, purchases, search etc. The actual niche of the site doesn’t play a big role, targeting it with hopes to see ad from specific niche (that suppose to have higher rates) will not always be the case.

That's right. I am doing IM. but @se900se know better than me how the Adsense business is working. I will follow up with this advice.
 
Best Niche for adsense is is a niche that suits your passion or hobby :) but if your target is to get massive earning try HPK Niche like health, law, finance etc, but with high competition so you need to spend more in optimization to get traffic
 
I think there is no specific niche to adsense but lot of relevant content and traffic if personally i would say weight loss

Finance topics are evergreen and give the best returns. I worked for a company that deals with mortgage in USA. They have this forum on finance and related topics and the Adsense collection is insane. I was told by the campaign manager that sometime a click on a mortgage ad would bring in as much as $25! Besides that I would say topics dealing with learning and education pays well. I did some research on niche topics for starting a blog one month ago, and I found that online teaching is getting a lot of ads, specially due to Covid! It is unlikely to go down in demand in near future, so definitely a good niche idea.
 
I guess any niche that you settle in, provided you have a ton of informational pages, you will get the right number of page views to earn decently from AdSense. It all depends on the content of your posts.

You cant. But think of niches that people entering a website willing to click. Like download a PDF a .Zip .etc. this are the niches with high ctr. Not strange to see 20% ctr
 
I would say health- weight loss, finance, Programming and gaming
