Which products are good for Dropshipping (Germany)

  1. Don't dropship supplements or anything food related bro. You're gonna get fucked real hard in the ass if something happens to a customer
  2. Same with electronics, avoid it
  3. If you import stuff from third party countries (China etc.) into EU area, you are automatically seen as "manufacturer" and therefore liable for any damage to your customers
Here's what you can do:
  1. Research about insurances like product liability etc.
  2. Look for manufactures inside the EU and only dropship inside EU
  3. Get yourself a tax consultant. You will have to pay MOSS (Mini One Stop Shop) taxes inside the EU

All those "dropshipers" who claim to make big money on YouTube just want you to sign up to their Shopify affiliate program. That's their only stream of income.
And then there are "dropshipers" who don't care about product liability and taxes and stuff, but that's their problem if they get caught.

perfectly sums it up. I would also add that in Germany it is mandatory to have Impressum ? statement on the website? at least that is what our legal consutant advised. In the impressum to write the legal name and data of your company.

Some time ago there was a thread here with also a German dropshipper. He working for a dude who makes good amounts with bandages (some xxxx per day)

When I have time I will post the thread here

Avoid anything related to electronics. QA is really hard, the break easy and eventually will lead to your PayPal being blocked because of unsatisfied customers.

women cloth, fitness, fashion and beauty related products.

What is with retoure when it comes to Dropshipping, I have to accept the clothes which doesn't fit right?

Impressum (Imprint), Widerrufsbelehrung (refund policy) and Terms of Agreement (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) are required for German sellers. And all kind of other things, that's why it's so important to seek legal advice when youre German.

As far as I know, the IT Recht Kanzlei in Munich offers a package on their website for 25€ a month which includes GDPR stuff like cookie consent tools, AGB, Impresum and Widerrufsbelehrung for worldwide selling.

Because of Germany can I say that I will have less earnings (not turnover) than someone who is dropshipping from countries with less tax? e.g. dubai

I'm working for EU manufacturer and I need to say that products from "home category" sells great nowadays (especially during lockdown). I saw a lot of guys reaching successes with different kind of products, but first and the most important is plan how you would like to reach your goal.
Mandatory is: great designed web store, selling on a different marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, local German marketplaces like Otto) and investing into FB and Google ads.
