Does paid traffic help to rank?

Some smm panels offer country targeted traffic with 40-60 seconds session length and low bounce rate. Can this help to improve ranking or does Google detect its bot traffic?

I think your question might be a little confusing. "Paid traffic" generally refers to paid ads like PPC. You're paying for fake bot traffic so I see where you're coming from but it's really a question if clickthrough manipulation helps rankings.

The short answer is I'd avoid it. I think CTR manipulation can play a role (though not as big as the providers of this stuff make out) but they can easily show stats in your analytics which Google knows fine well is bot traffic and that's likely what they'll be doing. Your money is going to be better spent on content or backlinks.

You missunderstand this. These are bot clicks. I provide them with my url or kw, they put it into google search, click on my website and stay there for 40-60 seconds

Botted views from Smm Panels cannot be regarded as legit paid Ads. On the other hand, AdWords and FB is safe and pretty much well targeted.

Unlike SEO, this traffic only lasts as long as campaigns are active.

Trust me! Don't do it, unless you just want to see "big numbers" and nothing else.
Quality Over Quantity, remember that.
