How to make some quick money? ($1k - $3k)

I need to make some quick money in 30 days.

I can do the following :

1. Make Apps
2. Make Websites
3. Setup servers
4. Make automation tools

But making any of those as a product / idea, requires marketing and I suck at marketing...


Next option is freelancing:

I'm all for freelance services, but finding clients is a hard task for me, because again, I suck at marketing.

How do I go about utilizing these skills to make some quick money in the next few weeks?
