Why do you SEO Gurus like to throw around acronyms and SEO Guru Jargon to obvious newbies? That kind of stuff can scare newbies away from even wanting to learn it. He doesn't need "above the fold, call to actions" unless he's interested in making landing pages, which isn't what he came here to ask.

Also, if he's not in a broad niche, such as payday loans, travel, business, etc, then it may be best for him to not share his niche on a forum full of chameleons, whales, sharks, and piranhas.

if you are asking services that are offered on BHW: i suggest to go with a provider who is active in other threads besides his own sales thread. Buy from someone who has established a personal brand for him self and also helps others. These services are more expensive that others. you get what you pay for.
