Hey mates, need to confirm something from people with experience with social media here. Please if I use USA proxy to create an account with tiktok, is that IP tied to that account for life? Or if I use my local IP it will change? Because I need to upload videos and I can't do that on their website only through the app and I need my videos to be shown only to tier 1 countries. Thanks

A shadow is not always enforced only because of the IP.

Your account's actions are also taken into consideration, so you have to consider this too.

Also, I won't recommend a VPN for account management, especially if you buy proxies for account creation. Just continue using the proxy (used when creating the account) to manage it as well.

Problem with VPN is the way it hides your ip.

If u have a rooted android could use the proxy to upload videos without leaking your ip.

Wrong link, to get the proxy to work for all the traffic just use proxydroid and check “global proxy” setting (not sure if it still works but worth a try)

Yes if it works like proxy then it will work fine but only a test will show if it really works or not.

Is not the IP "clean"/history score that is the issue here. But the rotation because a VPN is not built for rotating IPs in the same way as a proxy and many commercially available VPNs, while they have the option to change servers/locations, they don't offer the option for selecting a specific IP. So, you risk using the same IP for multiple accounts, thus creating a connection link between them.

So you mean if I try to rotate the IPs manually in the VPN app at interval, even if they are high risk score ips, I will be good to go?

And must it be from the same City or any city but the same country?

Also please can you tell me why it's not good to use a VPN for Social media accounts?

And how these guys detects the IPs as VPN connection and what parameters they use to shadow ban accounts?( I know they use phone IMEI, so I try to spoof that as much as possible but one thing I don't get is the VPN)
