Yeah. There are websites where photographers can sign up, and they will get a notification if their software finds their image somewhere on the internet. Then you'll automatically receive an e-mail from the software to pay a fine.
I am pretty sure that won't happen, but it's better to use unique images in any case. Fresh and unique content is highly preferred by Google and will lead to better rankings versus using copied images from competitors. Easiest thing to do is to crop the image a bit, put a black layer with opacity on it and mirror it or whatever.Will images also lead to DMCA issues and finally cause your website got removed by Google?
