Can feel your pain. The thickness has always been my primary complaint. Yes it looks cool, but at what cost? Is thinkness more important, or is heat dissipation more important? I bet you will get different answers if you ask different people. That's the problem with mac fanboys.Apple would be nice if they weren't super obsessed with weight and thickness, and bs people into believing that less ports is better.
How is Linux not better in terms of security?Agree but when it comes to security mac is better.
Man .. I have no idea. How is Linux not better in terms of security?
Win 10 is fairly secure as well. Just the fact that it is so much popular that hackers target it much more. Same as Wordpress in web world.
Actually Mac and Linux are very similar in terms of file system, permissions and commands. Mac is based on BSD, which is pretty similar to Linux. Good part is that Linux is open source, so you can see the underlying code if you want to. Best of luck trying to do that with a mac or windows lol. That being said, Apple (afaik) is a pro security company. So, I believe their products are very secure as well.Man .. I have no idea.I guess , as you said maybe because windows is popular and targeted by viruses.
On the contrary though, AMD Ryzen + Geforce GPU aren't quite the best with Ubuntu. I am typing from one right now, and I do get occasional lag if I try to do some processor intensive task. On Win 10, it's smooth as butter.Speaking about the OS, not that Windows is better than MacOS, it slows down the PC and has many useless shit. If you work, for example, in the programming / developing field, ubuntu all the way (or even for casual web browsing, note taking and basic tasks). Otherwise if you play pc games and you need windows-specific software, just use that buggy SO
Good information. However, if you want to build a website go with wix.com!Actually Mac and Linux are very similar in terms of file system, permissions and commands. Well, the point I was trying to make; is the fact that you never know what comes with Mac (or Windows for that matter). You think it's secure, but it might not actually be secure.Good information. However, if you want to build a website go with wix.com!

Correct me if i'm wrong.
In my case it probably has to do with the poorly written driver for geforce plus the amd architecture. Agreed that intel processors work better in general (no matter if it's windows, mac or ubuntu.., not sure if apple evenn uses amd).I don't know, it may be a processor architectural thing that doesn't work well on it; I'm using i9900K on ubuntu and it goes smoothly (just as the same i9900K and the 2070 super on my windows machine). I've never enjoyed AMD, also because I use to render on Vray (+ 3ds max) and Intel processors are optimized for it
