Now in 2020 index is a problem for third party websites, is there any indexing service today to index any links successfully?
I would be thankful for your precious information.

Obtain proper quality backlinks and you won't need to worry about indexing.
 
The problem with indexing is there and we can't do anything about that exact thing, right?

Focus on building backlinks

But, I'm not sure, most indexing service also have a problem too.

If you want something you can do right now:

http://www.google.com/ping?sitemap=https://example.com/sitemap.xml

Chuck that in the address bar of your browser, replace https://example..... with the URL for your sitemap, and hit enter.

It's not perfect... Google probably won't index your whole site, and it will take its time. But it costs you nothing and only takes 2 seconds +/- some more seconds, dependant on your keyboard skills.
 
None of them is guaranteed. Use search filter or check up recent threads on the same.
