It's unfortunate, but having signed up over a month ago - their "index tracking" feature still doesn't work (and likely won't until they fire their "software team" in favor of hiring someone with a brain and 30 minutes of time).
After connecting with someone else that also has an account (by sheer accident), I found out that this has apparently been the case for a looooong time now.
Support takes days to respond, and each time it's the same "we're working on it". And according to support, their index checking went down only recently...coincidentally just before we signed up...due to "new google updates."
However, according to everything I found - it's never actually worked... (Ref. Meddie's Screenshot On Nov 23, 2018)
But hey... their "software team" is working on it (and has been, collectively, for over a month). With "it" being reverse engineering already public code, at least so I presume.
Well friends, guess what, let me help a little - here's a free tool that takes minutes to reverse-engineer and hasn't been "broken by google updates" in a LONG TIME:

All I can say is cool concept. Doesn't do what it's supposed to. Will be a cool tool when it actually works.
I've known Tiiberius to provide some high quality stuff, so this was definitely a big disappointment...

I'm very sorry about your disappointment.
Let me address a few points...
We always responded to you within 24 hours, not sure where you got that.
I admit, index checker feature has been a major PITA since the beginning and it gets broken often because of constant search updates.
This is the only thing that is problem though. There are tons of other features. So saying "Will be a cool tool when it actually works." is not very accurate.
For example, issue with exporting was reported to us an fixed within 48 hours.
You can't really compare a tool that works on manual input of only 25 URLs at a time and automatic tool that checks 400k URLs every 3 days.
I'm not a programmer and I honestly thought that all it will take is really just reverse-engineering these public tools and putting them under one roof.
Oh boy, I was SO wrong.

LinkOkay is a tracker. Think of it as a live spreadsheet. When you build links you take note of them in a spreadsheet (or you should). Live sttatus, follow or nofllow etc.
You have to insert all these things manually.
With LinkOkay it's automatic.
And it's rechecked every day for accuracy.
