If in the description I write start (0-30 minutes), the start is for the 2nd day or they return the money, and your client will wait and get angry with you. This a lie and you simply know that this isn't true. My last 5 tickets have got a ratio of +36 hours to receive an answer. Now I've got still another in pending ticket opened exactly 26 hours ago and it still doesn't have an answer.

I think that you have got the money to do that, take another guy to answer tickets because if it will remain as now you will lose a lot of customers.

Do as you prefer but listen to your big customers should be the first thing that a good manager should do.
