I can't. It's different for every site and depends on the quality. It could be 20k for one site and 500k for another.
Submit your site, the approval team will check on it and make a decision.

After approval, placed the codes but ads didn't appeared. Contacted boris in slack, no response or support recieved yet. PM also went unanswered. Have to remove hooligan codes and put up adsense once again.

There are hundreds of publishers, it may take some time to respond. Please do not expect an immediate reply, refer to FAQ while you wait for a response it has a lot of things covered. AdSense in this case doesn't provide support at all, so please cut us some slack . In 99.9% cases if the ads not working the issue is either with your site or how you placed the ads. It could be either verification or ads.txt is not placed correctly, or the tags.

In theory, it could be done, however, there will be some transaction fees involved.

Announcement:

The approval process is pretty simple, but strict.
To get approved you need to submit your site to the form on the site and wait for the response.
Once your site is approved you will receive a link to register on the dashboard as well as an invitation to Slack.

Recently we got a number of users who bypassed the approval process and registered on the dashboard and got into Slack. Most likely some approved users have shared those links by a mistake.

However, to get your dashboard activated and working you need to have your website to be approved already. You're not speeding up the process by going to dashboard directly, you actually doubling your time to get approved and risking to be denied because you didn't follow the steps.

The team is instructed to check every new user on Slack and on the Dashboard. If your site is not on the approved list the account will remain pending until you go through the approval process and provide info on how you got the link.
