sales will be via email marketing of digital products we launch new software and plugins like image editor, ppt etc
we offer full refund so chageback will be almost nill
i have transaction history in the paypal account but it mixed up since we have to change payment methods incase pp limit the account

so can i know your monthly volume and cb rate? if you can accept high transaction fee , maybe chinese payment gateway will be one option for you.

if you are selling software,it should not have problem to find one payment gateway, maybe you have copyright issue?

Maybe, it is just me. I feel that you can use any of the selling platforms pending when you get your desired payment gateway sorted out.

Perhaps, but they'll suspend you for selling certain digital products or services... and you can never know for sure what those are exactly.

With 2checkout for example, where you go through a review process and if they accept you, you can sell. That way it's all good, as they allow you to sell what you're selling. And they have a long and fairly clear list of products and services they don't accept.

I believe Paddle is the same way, though I never used them. But I know for sure they have a list of products and services they don't accept, and I'm pretty sure there's a review process there to get accepted.

Gaypal are dodgy bastards. You can sell anything, and then one day they suspend you and may or may not return your money to you after 6 months.
