Is it possible to scrap email from my competitors on I.G in 2020?

You can scrape emails in two ways

1) from the bio if the user entered it. This can be done via website with proxies or mobile API with IG accounts

2) the CONTACT email for businesses, only available with mobile API and IG accounts.

Any bot should be able to scrape both the above with both methods: web / mobile api

Yes possible but try it public accounts.

Everything is possible, as long, as the right tools (Scraper+Proxy) are used. Instagram is a difficult target, so be sure to get what's best out there.
