Is it possible to scrap email from my competitors on I.G in 2020?

Hello, I'm new to this forum, so just a quick question, what are those emails going to be used for? email marketing? niche email lists for specific businesses? don't people have spam filters these days?

For me, building custom audiences on Facebook !
 
I know an interesting way, it is not very convenient and in my history for implementation I used an additional social network vk (russian facebook) The point is that in vk people indicate more data and they are open. This will work if the data is: email, phone, etc. they also indicate instagram. There are not many of them, but it is possible to collect for a Look-a-like audience. Just sharing my practical experience, I hope this information will help.
