This is How You Index a PDF File

1. Creat a blogspot and add it to webmaster tool
2. Upload a bulk of pdf files on an edu or gov domain
3. Creat a post on your blogspot and put all the link in it
4. Use URL inspect tool to index the blog post
5. Wait 20 mn - 3 hours and your pdf files will be indexed

I tried the exact method but i didnt worked. I think its number game. The more pdf you upload the higher chances of getting one of them indexed. But uploading hundreds of pdfs manually can be a pain in ass. Do you know any tool for that?

Sorry I meant "Add links" ..until now i manually upload the files

How will it get ranked by adding to those sites, does the sites create backlinks or what, even if they're backlinks, how will it get indexed

I can assure you this won't work, I added blog to Google search console and used url inspect tool, the blog itself has not been indexed even after a week
