PM rules question/clarification

1. Do regular memeber will get ban if we will PM user here to offer service or selling something? Even only 1 PM sent per day?

2. Can jr. Vip member send PM to other user here to offer their service or sell something to other user? Do they will not get ban?

I'll summarize it for ya:
Never attempt to sell without Jrvip.
(I'm sure no one would bother to buy from a member out of the blue)

A JR Vip can respond to hire a freelancer or want to buy threads via PM in addition to people who express interest about their products or services in their sales threads. Unsolicited PMs will not end well for a Jr Vip.
