Does the card work for Amazon AWS and BING ADS

Unfortunately prepaid cards do not work with Bing ads. Concerning Amazon AWS, you can try Black cards.
Black cards are new type of cards that we offer and they do not need to be registered.At the same time, they support AVS and can be added to PayPal (without registering a card) and prove themselves working fine with many services including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress, Google, Facebook etc
Regarding Blue/Green cards, based on the experience of our customers Ezzocard VCCs can be used there though we also have cases when the cards were not accepted at AWS. You can try. Please do not use a card at Amazon before registration (US address is required). Amazon will not accept an unregistered card declined once, even after registration. Blue/Green cards can be registered with any name and any real address.

All this time I was using their chat support and kept sending chat transcript to mail but later realised that it doesn't work. After I purchased the card it didn't work, I asked for a refund and they said to register the card. I did but still didn't work. When I asked for refund they said they are having technical difficultly, but after I mentioned that this service doesn't deserve to be on bhw; they calculated refund to be $33 on a card for which I paid $56. I managed to get few screenshots of my last chat. I am still not sure if they refunded or will process the refund.

After checking the correspondence it turned out there was a misunderstanding: accidentally your question about Google Developer Account was missed out by us and we have answered only the second question about the Discount Codes telling that there were no codes available at that moment and asked you to keep checking the forum for updates. You thought that we had answered the first question. We are bringing our apologies for this confusion.
Concerning Google Developer account, unfortunately our cards do not work there.
Regarding the refund issue, as per our refund policy, within one month from the date of the purchase you can ask for a refund if the card has not been used and you can get a refund in the amount of 95% of the face value of the card. The same is clearly stated in our FAQ section.
But in this particular situation we would like to offer you a full refund (the same amount as you have paid for the card). The refund will be issued to the provided address.

We are not sure about direct payments with prepaid cards but based on our research Siteground/Interserver/DreamHost accept payments via Paypal. Ezzocard VCCs work fine with PP (personal account) so you can try.

Unfortunately our cards are not reloadable: you cannot top them up or withdraw funds or transfer the funds to other cards or accounts, but they accept refunds.
But you can use Black cards for FB.

Our cards can be used for payments in activated Google ads accounts from which payments for advertising have been made before. Please note that our cards cannot be added as a main payment method there: you just need to go to the account replenishment, indicate the card details there and make the payment.

$12.99 is the price for a $5 card. The limit of the card is its balance. You can use a card for anonymous online payments unlimited number of times while it has a positive balance and before the exp date.
