Bought a domain, is it usable? (Google - Pure Spam)

I bought the following domain, only for $8 as it has some serious backlinks from 90DR sites in my niche,

Added to the GSC, and the following has popped up, I've requested a manual review and stated that it's a fresh domain and i'm the new owner, and I want to turn it into a blog.

If google decide to waive the spam penalty, will this domain be usable? Or is there consequences that stay with it forever?

Try to contact them if you can and ask them that you purchased it recently. They might lift up this penalty as one of my friend was able to do the same.

Yeah the $8 doesn't bother me, I was more after the backlinks with it, atleast 50 contextual backlinks from DR70 going to legitimate pages before it was spammed

Post some content and request a review. Tell them you just bought it and renewed it with fresh non spam content and they will surely lift the penalty. Mine got lifted the same way !

How many content should i post ? i have 3 newly bought domain with penalty.

as previously said, just put new content on it (don't reconstruct it from archive.org) and request another review saying you just bought the domain. usually works to lift any bans.
btw you can also do that with domains that you still own that got a penalty.

Interesting, never saw anyone look that far back at my profile, but to answer your question, CPA's did not work well for me, I wasn't interested in it. I'm a very competitive person and I found SEO was a big match for me in terms of making money.

So I've been studying and practising SEO for quite a while now. It's going well for me.

My friend bought a domain like this - Google waived the penalty - The pages were indexed (just like u, he also wrote that he bought the domain and want to give a fresh start). But the site did not rank.

Exactly like I heard these rumors, site never rank well as before penalized. But at least let's wait then, maybe it needs more time?
