That statement says it all for me to be honest.

Frank Media Group are clearly implying that they have purchased tangible goods and hope to win the dispute on the basis that the seller has no proof of posting/delivery.

We all know that PayPal is not interested in non-tangible goods and services and that misleading statement from Frank Media is wholly fraudulent.

This time these two POS's have opened the case AGAIN!, with a chargeback from the CC that they used to make the payment, with the exact same allegations, that they didn't receive the "product". So they are doing everything they can to shut our paypal down and keep us from doing any business with that account. Granted, we have another account, but that's not the point. Now, its just harrassment, he's not getting his way, and hes being petty about it. I hope the mods are watching this thread, these guys need not be let back on this site.

Also, if anyone is going to be wondering, no longer for large amounts of money am i going to be accepting through paypal... Screw that, I am sorry that its going to have to become this way, but after this ordeal, I am absolutely going to protect my ass. I can recover rather easily from small transactions up to about 50-60 dollars, but like this much is tougher, and the fact that they just keep jamming up our paypal account is ridiculous.
