What are some of the best ways to learn color harmony? I spend most of my time deciding on which colors to use for my project and it stresses me out a bit

there are accounts on instagram (I believe there are plenty of them just in the internet too but...) I use @coolors.co , basically they share color palettes but they do it with some art by the side, it helps a lot just to feel the mood of each color, little by little understand what to choose and which combos will look the best

You mean palettes? Just google "color palettes". That's how I do it. For example, I found these sites:

Also, I don't think it's a very good idea to try to reinvent the wheel, i.e. think something out yourself. Thousands of combinations are already available throughout the internet.
