Why everyone buy from namecheap?

I have seen maximum number of people buy domains from namecheap.

Why namecheap is better and why people choose namecheap?

Any specific reasons?

I don't buy from there. I'm a namesilo "fan"

Best promo codes and free whois. Too bad their domain marketplace is not big like godaddy

I have loads of domains at GoDaddy and was thinking of moving them. Hearing about Dynadot a lot since I started looking for another registrar. It could save around 2500 USD per year in renewals because GoDaddy sucks nowadays.

Because Namecheap provides Domain registration and renewal service at the right price, they don't loot their customers as many other domain registrars do like charging an extra 19.99$ per month for Whois privacy protection/WhoisGuard they provide this service for free forever

I've always found their customer support to be excellent

I began buying from namecheap after godaddy gave me a major headache many years ago.

But it's not the only one. There are many registrars everyone uses. I work with domains all over the place in fact.

Namecheap is a 1000% professionals. That explains everything :) .. plus their price politics is more wallet friendly than one of godaddy's.

They even solve my coding problem... I have 16 domain and 4 hosting with them. Main reason - customer service.

Their service is good, easy to use, reliable, good customer support.

Not about hosting,
What make them better domain provider?

They are much better than Go-Daddy < but then again, who isn't? >

They aren't as good as Namesilo nor Porkbun IMO.

Namecheap do some great deals at BlackFriday weekend, IF you can snap them up.

They're the 3rd to 4th domain provider on my list.

Go-Daddy are last resort.

I switch from godaddy years ago.
Reason bad customer service

What I like about namecheap
Price
Customer service
No huge markup on renewal
Free whois
Does not auto renew

Never had hosting with Godaddy or namecheap

Been meaning to try porkbun

Because the domain is cheaper, the whois is free and I already got use to it because of the 1st 2 reason.
