ITs like a credit card. you can use it for online puchases where credit card is accepted.:)

Any ideas, i bought a paypal acct on here before, it was limited and had $700 stucked for months. Even though i transferred the money in the paypal to me real one, all those transfers were reversed by paypal.

Yeah its a problem. but there are some ways that may work.
1) Send money to your friend's paypal n withdraw from there.
2) Use GAF to withdraw. deposit money into gaf from paypal n withdraw using any methods they are having.
3) Try money exchangers out there. search on money exchange forums. Its hard to find who'll accept paypal but you'll find atleast one.

he said the account is limited.. when its limited your only way out is to withdraw to a bank account after the 180 days

No, vcc dont work on adwords. Adwords mostly recognize all the VCCs n they block them.

Hi Aemc310,

It's been days since I add your card but I haven't receive the 4-digit paypal code.

Can anybody tell me how can I get verified ? First, I went to the "Get Verified" link and I only have two options : ask for my bank account or apply for paypal credit card. So I did some research and notice that if you add credit card they will lift your sending limit which is what I wanted. I then click on "Add Credit Card" and put Aemc310's VCC number, it went thru and it ask me to confirm 4 digit paypal code that they sent to the credit card statement.

So, is this the right way to get verified ?
