Must Success Always Start With Failure?

This is true, but when it comes to google serp; it is hard to classify a mistake as a mistake. That makes the game tougher, I think. For example, you might not be penalised even if you made a mistake. On another blog, you might be penalised for some neg seo that you didn't obviously do to yourself. On a third blog, you might rank for no reason whatsoever. As @VSYNC pointed out, there are no rules. That's pretty hard to digest as a seo/imer. I do not care about it a lot, because I have other revenue streams, but I feel sorry for those who do. No wonder @bartosimpsonio calls google retarded.
Care to share what your other means of revenue are? haha

You are competing with millions of other people, no matter what you try to do. There are limited SERPs positions, limited user views, limited etc etc

There are no rules.

Maybe a person needs to fail to learn so they are more experienced than other people, they might eventually make $100,000 per year.

Maybe a person might think outside the box, dedicate weeks to reading up on others who have gone down the same path, learn from other peoples' mistakes, and without failure earn $200,000 per year.

Another person might have $500,000 funding to start a business, keep making mistakes, not learn from them, and the business might completely fail.

There's no rules. If you want to compete you can't think like you have to do this or you have to do that. You create the rules.

The people that really want to win will win - maybe they fail along the way, maybe they're cunning and they don't need to, but if you give up when you fail you guarantee that you'll never do anything you're proud of because people always mistake failure for the end of the road, when it's just a time to pause and rethink the plan of attack.
I'll try to start thinking like you Boss

I'll try to start thinking like you Boss
Don't get too far ahead of yourself. My brain is uniquely capable of dealing with the extreme volume of thought that I process. Most people would turn into vegetables if they even tried to think like me for longer than fraction of a second.

Just start by focusing on the knowledge that there is no spoon. That's a good starting point.

We must fail hundred times to learn a lot from this fails to get success forever or this succes can be very short.

Failure will teach you different methods, different techniques and what to do and what not to do.

So failure is a must to succeed

I started blogging few weeks ago, new domain and I'm struggling to post fresh/unique contents every ones in few days, its a programming/datascience niche so posting on a daily basis isn't easy..

It is kind of discouraging seeing people from here announcing how many times they failed before finally getting things right. Does it mean that there aren't people who got it right the first time and continued to thrive afterwards?
Why has failure before success been Normalized in this community?

Some of us don't have the luxury of failing and trying again, because we are starting with all we have, and that "all we have" is Nothing.

Exist but it's the minority, and usually they have experienced sucessfull IM as personal mentor..

Because there is no master answer how to grow our site correctly, what content to write?, where and how to promote? etc
there are no choice other than doing failing ,and doing again.
And it's the same for any business or investment that exist.
(Failure is not a end result, it's just part of the journey. So you shouldn't make failure as End Result)

Funny that I realised now that getting success in first shot may actually not be a good thing. Success at first try is more of a luck and it makes one lazy. You will see here stories of many people who succeeded but wasted that money and opportunity and are trying again. Failure is a great teacher, I believe success forged from failure lasts longer.

Not always. The first app I made brought me $200 per day. The first website I made could rank on Google for #1.

Simply make sure you do everything correctly. Most important: You need patience.

Without commitment, you'll never start. Without consistency, you'll never finish. Keep it in mind.

You're a legend

Don't look forward to failing. It's possible that this can happen but you're learning along the way. Yes, you might fail but you're just starting out. As far as I know, the majority of people fail because they stop believing in their projects and give up too soon.

I want to share another perspective which probably have been said. You need to test what works and what doesn't. So let's say you have some kind of method that you are using. There are different variables in that method that you need to test out to be sure which ones works the best and what doesn't. Maybe A doesn't work but B works, but C works even more. A thing I have been guilty of doing in the past that I see many people do is focusing on only 1 variable (A) and failing and just giving up completely. This is why a/b testing is crucial when doing IM. So I like to label my ''failures'' as a ''test''.

ive gone through so much success and losses, and i figured that you can only call it a big success when youve gone through the most devastating loss. Most of the time, success is subjective. What may be a great success to you is just 'meh' so some people.

when I used to play the sports books I went on a run started from $10 and won’t $20, put all that back in and eventually wagered it all on one big bet especially for minimum wage 18 year old.

It hit and I won $8k. I remember looking at a Best Buy catalogue equivalent in Australia and thinking I could buy anything in the catalogue.

I never won big ever again and even lost the $8k in less that a month. So yeah you can win straight up and then flop like a loser for the rest of your life because life’s like a box of chocolates bruh.

A/B testing.. I Definitely will try a "B" once I reach my 20 posts "A" target.

I think it kinda
In order to build successful habits you gotta fail imo

I personally got super lucky the first time making approx $250k (should soon write a journey about that) and got less successful on the later businesses
The later failures did teach me a lot and I feel more and more successfull with each of them (that is so weird)

But honestly, The successful venture did teach me way more than the later ones.
Not that failing doesn't teach anything (it does teach you how to avoidsome mistakes on top of giving you general knowledge) but being successful in a venture allows you to push yourself beyond what you thought you could acheive and it shifts your perspective on things

IDK about where u live but in France, people tend to havevery low confidence in entrepreneurship and tend to feel like they're sstuck in their situation (its getting better tho, vive la french tech)
So making lots of money shifted my french pov on revenue and entrepreneurship from "it's not possible if you don't have a mentor" to "If you think this is good idea and the market study confirms that, then just go, money is just a number, it is not unachivable and there is no limits to whatyou may earn"

Yes , the problem is come you fail many things yet can't find a solution , than you turn to those so call " IM Gurus " than get their products whatever , IS THE SAME WHAT other say nothing special

buy ad , share , enagenment etc blah blah , than You feel " been scam " what the heck , on sales page so many so call " secret " , " or within one day you gain tons of traffic "
end up the same old things you already known.
