BlackHatWorld - Follow the rules!

How am i collecting emails? Explain me please. Do i have newsletter signup? No. Do i force ppl to leave their email to use the site? No.

i dont need eyes, ppl need the service as is. Free. Forever.

I understand your point, but keep in mind that offering a "needed service" doesn't justify a rule violation.

Rather than becoming defensive/argumentative, politely ask the Mod for clarification on how you're breaking a rule as it can quickly escalate if you don't.

Just my input, take it or leave it.

You literally quoted a post where he is doing what you are saying.

That's a side i wasn't aware of. :)
I am sure mods were patience enough with him throughout the years

Most are not which generates negative comments when someone is banned.

Quote from someone who is above me when discussing bringing him back, "I see no reason to let him back in."

Lots of discussion goes on often when there is a ban.

Why refunding though?
It would be another good reason not to break the rules.

If one does not get what they paid for a refund is proper. No reason to take their money AND ban them.

the simple truth is if a forum has rules A/B/C
and a member no matter how much you like them
constantly breaks rules A/B/C even after warnings not to
there can be no complaints there gone,

if some one tells you multiple times don't do that, sends you
a pm or an alert don't do that and you carry on, whose to blame.

bhw rules are fairly simple, no abuse , no spamming , no insults
no selling out side market place or haf/wtb ect
if you cant follow that, cant feel sorry for people no matter how
much you liked them.

put simple, if a mod says stop, then stop if you value your account.

What a headline... I was pretty sure there is a new sheriff in town! :)
But yeah. that's true. follow the rules so we will be able to enjoy from a safe environment

Is that the same ban drama happened a couple of days ago as like the other member
Nope. It is permanent.
By the looks of it, TheVigellente had been warned several (~ 20) times before staff decided to ban him. Too many second chances.
He is a cool guy, just don't know how to take a warning seriously.

As the OP said, no matter how cool you are, rules are rules :D

Case in point as to nobody being above the rules.

Damien banned and refunded 3 Marketplace Sellers today due to rules violations - $1,500.00 USD refunded and didn't bat an eye when he did it.
Great move! Being a marketplace seller with a total post of 2-10 and just 2 months old on the forum seem ......, well I don't how people have the heart to buy their services. Those guys don't understand the rules beforehand

Agreed, because regardless of ones ability to sell, you cannot buy credibility or a reputation.

all these years ive been here.
we have rules now?.
i didnt get the memo .

I never made any mistakes here yet, but if I did any kind of mistake they give warning first or directly ban account?

we have rules now?

It was a reminder to learn and follow them, not a reminder of them.

As many as we've seen lost it's apparent such a refresher is needed around here.
