Nope. But you have to see it that way they just think they can keep getting away with it.
Example:
How hard is it to not bump a BST before 3 days or post promos, even after you did it and must have gotten a message bout it before?
I mean if you cannot count to 3 don't think you should run a BST, or it is just thinking they can keep getting away with it.
The same applies to all else. While I don't agree with all rules, the simple fact is that like any business BHW can choose to enforce any rules (as long as it is legal as well), so take it or leave it.
