Hello! I am a newbie...looking for social media growth especially with Twitter because the drops are too big lately.

Hi everyone, I am a newbie.
Came across the site as I was looking for social media promotion. Have tried so many things....I don't want to throw any products under the bus but it has been a frustrating journey.
I find many places but in the end its a giant drop or no service at all.
I have joined a ton of panels and those drops are too high and too quick...if there is a Twitter god out there...please reach out and thank you so very much in advance.
