A question regarding expired domains.

Hello guys (and gals), I'm wondering which of these is the better practice: I'm starting a new niche site and I would like to know if it's better to start with an expired domain, or buy the expired domain and then 301 it to the brand new domain. I'd like to hear your thoughts.

This is my opinion: it’s always better to start a new business presence on a freshly registered domain name after checking that it does not have any history behind it. Side by side, look for an expired domain with HQ backlinks. Try to get an expired domain which has at least 75pc DF backlinks which emerge from domains with 90+DR. It’s the DF links which pass on the link juice and when you redirect this domain to the fresh domain, your fresh domain would get link juice from that expired domain. Of course you will have to perform on oage and off oage SEO on the site on fresh domain. By taking this approach you will see that your fresh site on fresh domain would rise in SERPS at a rapid pace.

Yes that's what I'll be doing, but what if I want to build an authority site covering many categories?

Did you check if the expired domain was used as a pbn before or can be indexed beforehand?

Buy a fresh domain, 301 passes juice for a limited time only so don’t spend time on it

Buy a fresh domain build your site and let it get little older and then you can buy expired domains and redirect it. Make sure you buy the right domains without any penalties or blacklisted by google

Yes, I have done many analysis before buying. google have some algorithm and they can detect it idk how.
So now you must spend some amount of an cash to adwords to be in google at top possitions.
only seo and link building is not works at all anymore.
